Lifestyle sessions

Lifestyle sessions are where I photograph you in an environment where you feel comfortable and can show me who you are.  These sessions can be taken at the beach or in a beautiful park or field that you love. Lifestyle sessions can also be taken in your home. My style is very relaxed and intimate. I love bright colours and a space that has plenty of light. I love to focus on my clients and not so much on props. To capture your stage in life is my mission. To capture those moments between family members when they are at any age.

Newborn sessions

I love to capture Newborn sessions in your home, where you feel comfortable and where baby feels safe.  These sessions can be taken at any time of the day when there is enough light in your home. My style is very relaxed and intimate. I love to capture your baby in your arms, where I can focus on the little details.  These photos are personal, and everyone is unique and different. I love to focus on my clients and not so much on props.

I'm Mariska

the photographer and designer behind this creative venture.

Photography has always been my passion, particularly regarding weddings and lifestyle sessions. I earned my Photography degree in 2009 in my birth country, South Africa.

In August 2021, my family and I embarked on a significant new chapter, moving from South Africa to Australia. We now call a charming town in the South Burnett, our home as we start this exciting journey.

Photographs hold a special place in my heart because they preserve our most cherished memories. There’s nothing I enjoy more than reminiscing with my family, flipping through our old photo albums and reliving our adventures.
